Cranberry-Ginger Champagne Cocktail

During the holiday season, whilst spending vast stretches of uninterrupted quality time with your family, a cocktail is probably in order. Enter the Cranberry-Ginger Champagne Cocktail. This beauty will be the sparkling jewel of your next holiday party. It is another one of those dump-everything-into-your-largest-stock-pot situations. Then people serve themselves. This is a low impact cocktail as the booze to other things ratio is low. You can increase the ratio, but my family fights enough before cocktail hour and I don't want to add too much danger to the mix. This cocktail is also very pretty, which is appropriate because if I am going to go to all the trouble of dolling myself up for a holiday party, I want my drinks to be equaly as dressed up as I am, thank you very much.
Cranberry-Ginger Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 liters ginger ale
64 oz. bottle cranberry juice
1 bottle champagne (cheap preferred)
1 cup vodka
1 orange
1/2 bag frozen cranberries

1. Pour juice and ginger ale into a large stock pot
2. Add vodka and champagne.
3. Add cranberries and orange slices and set out for your friends to serve themselves.
Oh wait!! Test taste it first! This is a crucial step :)
