Mark's Leftover Turkey Nachos

Leftover alert!! Do you have tons of leftover turkey and are you struggling to think of a creative way to eat it up? Mark's delicious and nutritious-adjacent nachos are absolutely perfect. He combines a few fresh ingredients with your leftovers to create a filling, low-key dinner that you can enjoy post-Thanksgiving without too much effort. It is a unique use for the turkey.  I mean, I love the classic leftover sandwich, but I can only have so much.  This way you can have a no-fuss meal at home, by yourself, without your many, many relative all around.  This isn't an exact science.  Just throw in what you like, omit what you don't and there you have it.  This is our recipe for success.  Put your feet up, relax on the couch with some nachos and a cold beer. You deserve it!
Mark's Leftover Turkey Nachos
Ingredients:
1/2 bag tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded turkey
2 jalapenos or other hot peppers
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 yellow peppers
1 small onion
1 can black beans
1/2 cup shredded jack cheese
1 avocado
sour cream

1.  Scrape together some shredded turkey from your giant carcas!
2.  Slice up the peppers, tomatoes and onion.
2.  Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with non-stick spray.
3.  Pour a layer of chips on top of the foil.  Top with veggies, turkey, drained beans, and cheese.
4.  Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the veggies are slightly cooked.
5.  Chop avocado into pieces to top.
6.  Portion it up with some sour cream and avocado and dig it!
